- Marinate the prawns with salt,turmeric powder and lemon juice for an hour.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry onions,green chillies and ginger until the onions turns pinkish in color.
- Add tamarind pulp,marinated prawns and salt to taste.
- Add little water and cook till done.
