All purpose flour- 1 cup
Besan(gram flour)-2 tbsp
Curds-3/4 cup approx
Cumin seeds-1/4 tsp
Green chilly-4-5,minced finely
Coriander leaves-3 tbsp,minced finely
- Mix all the ingredients together and prepare the batter to a dropping consistency.
- Ferment it for 10-15 minutes.
- Heat oil and drop a tbsp of batter in the hot oil and roast it on both the sides until golden brown.
