Boiled groundnut – 2 cups approx
Green chilly -2 chopped
Onion -1 chopped finely
Lime juice -2 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Carrot – 1/4 cup,grated
Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp,chopped
Grated coconut -2 tbsp (optional).
Curry leaves -3 -4,roughly torn
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
- You may also temper it with mustard seeds and curry leaves.
- You may also add grated beetroot and chopped tomatoes.
- Serve it with the main course.
