Moong dal -4 tbsp,soaked for an hour and drained
Cucumber -1,peeled and grated
Green chilly -1,smashed
Ginger -1 tsp ,grated
Salt – to taste
Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp,chopped
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- You may also season it with mustard seeds and curry leaves.
- You may also garnish it with grated coconut(1 tbsp).
- Serve it with the main course.
