Sprouted moong (green gram) – 2 cups (parboiled with salt)
Onion -1,chopped finely
Green chilly -1,chopped finely
Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp,chopped finely
Carrot – 1/4,grated (Optional)
Lime – 1/2,juice
Salt – to taste
Grated coconut – 1 tbsp 
To season:
Oil -1/4 tsp
Mustard seeds -1/2 tsp
Curry leaves -1 sprig


  1. Mix all the ingredients mentioned in the list.
  2. Heat oil ,splutter mustard seeds and add curry leaves.
  3. Season it to the salad.
  4. Serve it with the main course.
