It s been quite a long time since I posted in this category.Salads are very essential in a persons diet.It has always been my favourite. Well ,you’ll must be wondering why I didn’t post since such a long gap if it was my favourite. Well it was high time for me to take control of health and food habits,so the main reason.At times I get lost with my food habits….The main food at present in my mind is Salads,fruits,soups etc…..Definitely I will update the space with yummy recipes since I can never think to stop.I selected Pomegranate as the main ingredient for my salad today.This is a very easy peasy recipe..My sister prepares this salad often.My mama in law too prepares this .She adds finely chopped apple in the salad which enhances the taste very much.Pomegranate has lot of essential health benefits.It is easily available throughout the year.
Pomegranate-1 cup, kernels
Kala namak-a pinch
Salt- to taste
Coriander leaves-1 tsp,chopped to garnish
- Toss all the ingredients mentioned in the list.
- Serve it chilled or at room temperature.
- You may also add pepper powder or any other spices as per your taste.
