Banana leaf rice , Mangalorean special

This is an aromatic rice flavoured in banana leaf . My friend Pallavi Patil prepares this rice often in large quantities for her family in Belgaum .  . She was kind enough to share the recipe with me and it became a super hit at our place too .She said this is a Mangalorean recipeThe main hero of this dish is ‘banana leaf ‘. I have made slight changes according to our taste . This recipe is a keeper .
